Our Point: Be reasonable for things to be considered or judged

Since clothings items are not machine-made, it is reasonably normal that when there are hundreds or even thousands of clothings items to be processed every day, there will be possibly a few items found defective or wrongly-arranged. However, we have long been trying our best to keep the number of problematic items as low as possible. As a reputable international wholesaler, we will surely be responsible for those items confirmed to be problematic.

1. Reasons accepted for problematic items:

1.1 Defective products with prominent quality problems
1.2 Wrongly-arranged products: Products are different in sizes,
colors and styles from what you ordered

2. Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items:


2.1 We do not accept subjective reasons for returns :
(Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference,
fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as
expected, too transparent, too large or too small...)
2.2 Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
2.3 Underwears;
2.4 Discounted products;
2.5 Damage due to not able to be stretched

How we deal with items reported to be problematic:

First of all, we DO NOT suggest returns because for most cases,
the returning shipping costs are much higher than the items
themselves and even the problematic items are returned to us,
we will NOT waste time and money sending it back to the
factories concerned in China.

As a result, the returned items are either finally donated to
charity organizations like Salvation Army or thrown away.

Our normal practice is that if items are confirmed to be
completely unacceptable, 100% of the product price
will be credited or refunded.

If the items are just found with minor fixable problems,
we will consider giving credit or refund of a certain percentage of
the product price depending on the extent of the problem.

How to report problematic items:

Send us an email (support@je551.com) with the following information:

1. Order number and model number of the problematic item concerned
2. Clear photos of normal sizes showing the problem(s)
3. Brief descriptions of the problem(s)

Reporting dealine: Please report to us for any problematic items within 2 week after the delivery of your order. Overdue reporting will not be processed.
