If we receive too many negative feedbacks about a particular brand from our product lines, we will take a close look at the clothings and report to the manufacturer or supplier concerned. If the situation persists without improvements, we will stop production or sourcing products from the factory and then take off all the factory's products from our website. Over the past several years, we took off over 10 manufacturers because of this reason. So, the remained on-going manufacturers or suppliers are currently doing satisfactorily and their quality levels are well acceptable for their corresponding prices.
