By default, we ship orders by Hong Kong Post Express Mail Service (EMS) that is comparatively cost-effective and reliable.

The EMS Express Shipping fee of Hong Kong Post will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and shown on the checkout page. You may download the Rate Plan.


If you do not want Hong Kong Post EMS and you have better shipping option, you are welcomed to arrange any shipper to collect your order on behalf of you in our Hong Kong Tsuen Wan Logistics Center. In this case, please select the shipping option "Self Collect at Hong Kong Logistics Center (Tsuen Wan)" when you check out your order.

To make our customers feel comfortable placing orders with JE551, we work out a worry-free no-need-return policy.

Please accept that clothing items are hand-sewn, not machine-made. They will not be 100% completely flawless. What we can do is try our best to work only with those good reputable factories and carry out serious quality check.

1. Reasons accepted for problematic items:

1.1: Defective products with prominent quality problems

2. Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items:

2.1: We do not accept subjective reasons: (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, material not high-quality enough, not as pretty asexpected, too transparent, too large or too small...)
2.2: Products that are unpacked, washed and used
2.3: Discounted products

How we deal with items reported to be problematic:

Our practice is that if items reported to have problems are confirmed to be completely unacceptable, 100% of the product price will be credited or refunded WITHOUT the need to return to us because in reality the overseas returning shipping fee will be much higher than the clothing item itself. It will be a nonsense to spend a lot with hassle to return a valueless item no matter who bear the shipping fee. We do belive long-term partnership is built on trust and we trust our business customers.

If the items are just found with minor fixable problems, we will consider giving credit or refund of a certain percentage of the product price depending on the extent of the problem.

How to report problematic items:

1. Order number and model number of the problematic item concerned
2. Clear photos of normal sizes showing the problem(s)
3. Brief descriptions of the problem(s)

Reporting deadline: Please report to us for any problematic items within 14 days after the delivery of your order. Overdue reporting will not be considered.
